Stefanie R. Toren is a Partner at Clifton Budd & DeMaria, where she has worked since 2006. Ms. Toren’s practice focuses on the representation of both unionized and union-free employers in a variety of industries, including real estate, health care and not-for-profit agencies. She regularly advises and represents clients in connection with labor and employment matters, such as employment discrimination and wage and hour litigation, grievance and arbitration proceedings, administrative agency proceedings, collective bargaining negotiations and the creation of employer policies and employee handbooks.
