Sarah Mannix is a Partner with Clifton Budd & DeMaria, LLP. Ms. Mannix represents management in private sector collective bargaining negotiations and arbitrations and provides advice on labor and employee relations matters, including preventive advice and counseling. She has represented local, regional, and nationwide employers in collective bargaining negotiations and National Labor Relations Board elections. Ms. Mannix has presented on a variety of topics including harassment, equal employment opportunity, and labor issues in business acquisitions. She is part of Clifton Budd & DeMaria’s team that advises on the labor and employment implications of real property transactions.

Ms. Mannix is a graduate of Cornell University and St. John’s University School of Law. While in law school, she served as the President of the Labor Relations and Employment Law Society, as well as the Editor in Chief of the Real Property Law Journal. Ms. Mannix worked as a research assistant for Professor David L. Gregory and co-authored a law review article with Professor Gregory, Past As Prologue In The Affirmative Action Jurisprudence Of The Supreme Court: Reflections On Fisher v. University Of Texas and Schuette v. Coalition To Defend Affirmative Action, 89 St. John's L. Rev. 499 – 549 (2016).
