Kristin M. Burke is Of Counsel with Clifton Budd & DeMaria, LLP. She dedicates her practice to labor and employment law. She combines her proficiency as a litigator with her substantial experience providing advice and counsel to clients in all aspects of employment and labor law. An experienced trial lawyer, Ms. Burke litigates on behalf of a variety of private and public sector employers in federal and state courts and before federal and state administrative agencies. Those cases include contract administration, labor board proceedings, arbitration and mediation, employment-related claims and wage and hour matters. Ms. Burke also represents clients in cases involving alleged violations of restrictive covenants, breaches of contract, unfair business practices, unpaid commissions, and business tort claims. She conducts seminars and training and advises clients on day-to-day labor and employment law issues. In addition, Ms. Burke counsels clients on the labor and employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions and helps them develop effective strategies and policies.
