Partner

Eric S. Lamm is a Partner at Clifton Budd & DeMaria, LLP. His experience and practice extend to all areas of labor and employment law. Mr. Lamm has represented a variety of clients, including industrial and service employers; professional corporations; and a broad range of nonprofit organizations, such as health care providers and charitable and academic institutions.

Mr. Lamm counsels on laws regulating the employment relationship, including the National Labor Relations Act, Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act, as well as state and local labor and employment discrimination laws. He provides his clients advice on personnel management and strategies for avoiding litigation and minimizing exposure to liability.

Mr. Lamm's expertise includes labor negotiations and contract administration; labor and employment arbitration and mediation; handling cases before the NLRB; employment litigation before federal and state courts and administrative agencies; and drafting and negotiation employment contracts and separation agreements.
