Daniel Rowoth is a Partner with Clifton Budd & DeMaria, LLP. He focuses on counseling management on labor relations, collective bargaining, union elections and organizing, labor arbitrations, and day-to-day labor and employment issues, including compliance with prevailing wage requirements. Mr. Rowoth has represented employers before the National Labor Relations Board, the New York City Comptroller’s Office, and local, state, and federal discrimination agencies, as well as at other agencies and in arbitrations and mediations.
Mr. Rowoth’s practice and clientele are predominantly employers in the real estate industry, including developers, owners, managers, condominiums, and cooperatives. He is part of Clifton Budd & DeMaria’s real estate team that advises on labor and employment issues in real estate transactions, such as sales or purchases of residential or commercial buildings or hotels in New York City.
