Carla Gunther Wolff

Carla Gunther Wolff represents management in all aspects of labor and employment law. She provides strategic advice and counsel to employers on a wide range of labor and employment and workplace management issues. Ms. Wolff represents employers in proceedings in court and before administrative agencies, including the National Labor Relations Board and federal, state, and local human rights agencies. Ms. Wolff conducts workplace investigations, trains employees and management on compliance with labor and employment laws, and prepares and reviews workplace policies.
Ms. Wolff has expertise in traditional labor law matters. She negotiates collective bargaining agreements, counsels employers on union organizing and on day-to-day contract administration issues, and defends employers in grievance, arbitration and unfair labor practice proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wolff served as a labor and employment attorney for a national association of construction-industry employers, providing labor counsel to the association and its members.
