Amanda R. Varrone

Amanda graduated from Florida State University College of Law in 2020. Upon graduation, she earned the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award for her many hours serving indigent clients.
After law school, Amanda served as an Assistant State Attorney where she honed her litigation skills by successfully prosecuting various crimes, from the misdemeanor level through violent felonies. Prior to joining Clifton Budd & DeMaria, Amanda’s practice also consisted of defending companies, organizations, schools, and housing providers against employment and tort claims. She has litigated against discrimination, harassment, retaliation, ADA website compliance, and wage and hour claims. She defends clients in state and federal lawsuits, as well as in complaints filed with federal, state, and local agencies. Amanda has experience in investigations, compliance counseling, motion practice, mediations, and oral arguments.
